Pricing FAQs
- What payment options are available?
- We invoice monthly in pounds sterling and accept bank transfer or card payment on a 14-day term.
- Is there a trial period?
- Yes. Every retainer starts with a 14-day trial period, with no commitment beyond the first invoice.
- What happens if I need extra coverage?
- Additional event days and crew call-outs are priced at your plan rate, so there are no surprise surcharges.
- Why a monthly retainer instead of one-off bookings?
- A retainer keeps your signal paths, monitoring and crews reserved, so breaking stories never wait for a quote.

What is a media feed hub?
It is a single operations point that receives, checks, routes and delivers your live and recorded video signals, so every programme gets a clean feed at the right moment.
Which broadcasters and programmes do you support?
We work with UK news programmes, regional television, sports and live events, as well as production companies that need reliable contribution and distribution.
Can you operate cameras remotely?
Yes. Our operators control PTZ and robotic cameras from our operations desk, and we also provide on-site camera crews for multi-camera shoots.
How do you keep a live signal stable?
We use dual-path links, continuous monitoring and automatic failover, with an engineer watching every feed in real time.
Do you offer training for our own operators?
We run a hands-on Broadcast Operator Course covering signal flow, camera work and feed monitoring, either at our facility or on your premises.
